Why

Stand out in the first 60 seconds.

Recruiters take less than a minute to skim a dossier. Sixty seconds decide whether you end up in the rejection pile or among the few hot candidates. Today, many people use AI to polish their CV – the bar is rising, both visually and in matching. Yet few manage to sharpen their profile and win over their target group at first glance.

That's what we do. You won't learn how to design a CV. You'll learn a method you can use again and again – one that convinces people and machines and sets you apart from the competition.

What you'll learn

6 skills in 3 weeks.

1

Readable for people and machines

You build a CV and job profile that pass ATS systems and convince recruiters in 60 seconds.

Result: an ATS-ready CV and job profile.

2

Campaign thinking

You apply like an ad agency: briefing, target group, message, idea. A method you reuse for every future application.

Result: your personal application briefing and campaign idea.

3

Think like your target group

You leave your comfort zone, take the recruiter's perspective and test your application on the market.

Result: a test application with feedback from industry professionals.

4

Stand out with your own signature

You find your story and make it visible – with storytelling and a look that isn't like everyone else's.

Result: your storyline and visual identity, e.g. a key visual.

5

Convince in the interview

You show up the way your profile promises, with a clear common thread.

Result: your 60-second video pitch and interview training with feedback.

6

Tool skills, with and without AI

Not a software course: you bring your own tools and learn to choose and use the right one for each task.

Result: your personal toolkit for the rest of your job search.
