Intensive Online Workshop for the Conception and Realisation of Outstanding Application Campaigns. Suitable for professionals and executives with strong computer skills from the creative industry, marketing, and communications sector. Participants will also receive interview training and learn how to apply for jobs in Switzerland sustainably, taking into account the local job application culture.

Requirements:

Good to very good computer skills and confidence in working with graphics programs
Motivation to participate in a three-week intensive course
Non-German natives with B1-level English skills
Good resilience. The course is intensive and demanding.
Computer with webcam and internet access

Participation requires an initial interview with the recruitment agency.

Important Information:

Participants must bring their own graphics programs. The bewerbeagentur does not pay for these.
Participants are not entitled to use the premises, the photographic equipment or the green screen studio. However, these facilities can be booked.

Course description

Making applications is like advertising: Our 3-week course is aimed at job seekers who are already familiar with design programs and have installed them on their computers. In the course you will learn how to design a convincing advertising campaign and apply the techniques for your application. This means you will analyse your skills and your target group, carry out a market analysis and develop an idea for the application campaign.

The implementation is largely independent: Key visual, letter of motivation, CV, website, video, social media. You will be supported throughout the course by advertising professionals, designers and HR specialists, but there will be no software workshops. The course lasts three weeks and is conducted online. The goal: An authentic application campaign that stands out from the crowd and fits the Swiss application culture.

Individual coaching and team workshops combined with microlearning and independent learning. Each participant enjoys 20 minutes of personal coaching daily. This approach ensures effective results through personal support and collaborative learning.
